Analytical Method.

Characteristics:
• Presents an isolated game.
• Only you consider some of the elements in the competition (the goal, the ball).
• Without the presence of companions or adversaries.
• No decision making, only gesture automation technician.
Advantages.
• You can influence the improvement of very specific objectives (technical and physical).
• Properly applied easily achieves a high number of repetitions of the objectives.
Drawbacks.
• The improvements made do not appear in its entirety, since in competition these are conditioned by the presence of teammates and opponents, who have not been taken into account in training.

• It has very low levels of motivation for the other methods, and can be partially overcome with extrinsic motivations activity.
